Over the following years she worked on many productions and directed several acclaimed revivals. At ENO, she co-founded and co-directed the learning and participation department, the Baylis Programme. Since leaving ENO she has worked in a freelance capacity for many arts and education organisations including Youth Music, Creative Partnerships and The Britten Pears Foundation.
