During many years as Head of the Artistic Operations Office at the University of Music and Performing Arts and the associated collaboration with young musicians, Daniela Kabs realised that the ‘mental load’ in the music world was constantly increasing. The step towards becoming a mental coach seemed logical.
A few years ago, she completed her training as an IHK-certified life and business coach to complement her training as a sports mental coach. Her knowledge as a resilience trainer also flows into her work, as do her numerous further training courses in the field of management.
After studying musicology, music education and political science, Daniela Kabs studied theatre and cultural management at JLU Giessen and worked for many years as an instrumental teacher.
